Property management

Inspect function, safety, finish condition and cleanliness before the next occupant moves in.

Inspect before ordering repairs

Create one room-by-room list covering walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, plumbing, electrical points and AC operation. Consolidating the observations helps trades work in the correct order.

Repair before final cleaning

Painting, drilling, sealant, carpentry and plumbing can create dust or marks. Complete corrective work and snagging before the final deep clean to avoid repeating cleaning tasks.

Record the ready condition

Once complete, record the condition of key areas and note any items intentionally retained. A clear handover record supports property management and sets expectations for the next occupancy cycle.
